Application Submission
Startups can complete an application detailing their background and relevancy to pitch their technology by highlighting their market approach, qualifications, and current funding status. Applications open August 1, 2025.

Initial Screening
Our selection committee evaluates all submissions based on background, relevancy, innovation potential, market opportunity, team strength, and alignment with conference themes.

Semifinalist Round
Selected companies participate in preliminary pitch sessions with audience feedback and advisor panels to refine their presentations and value propositions.

Finalist Selection
Top-performing startups advance to the main showcase, receiving preparation support and visibility through pre-conference promotional activities.
